Author Agreement & Release Letter
Dear Contributor,
Thank you for your interest in participating in Vibrations of Healing, an anthology published by The Lady of Wisdom Publishing Company. This letter serves as the official Author Agreement & Release between the Publisher and the undersigned contributor, herein referred to as the Author.
1. Contribution
The Author agrees to submit an original written letter for inclusion in the anthology titled Vibrations of Healing. The submitted work must be the Author’s original creation and must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
2. Rights Granted
The Author grants The Lady of Wisdom Publishing Company the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish, reproduce, distribute, market, and sell the submitted work in print, digital, and audio formats, including but not limited to books, eBooks, audiobooks, promotional materials, and online platforms.
3. Editorial Rights
The Publisher reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, formatting, grammar, and alignment with the overall theme of the anthology, without altering the Author’s voice or message.
4. Author Bio & Image
The Author agrees to submit a professional biography and high-resolution photograph. These materials may be used for publication, marketing, and promotional purposes related to Vibrations of Healing.
5. Compensation
The Author understands that participation in this anthology is a collaborative contribution and that no monetary compensation or royalties are guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing by the Publisher.
6. Release & Indemnification
The Author releases The Lady of Wisdom Publishing Company from any claims arising from the publication, distribution, or use of the submitted material and agrees to indemnify the Publisher against any claims of plagiarism or copyright infringement.
7. Deadline Compliance
The Author acknowledges the submission deadline of January 3rd and understands that failure to submit all required materials by this date may result in exclusion from the final publication.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
By signing below, the Author affirms full understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
