Admission Requirements

DCCJ Kingdom Theological Seminary welcomes pastors, Christian counselors, ministry leaders, Christian workers, and individuals seeking a biblically grounded theological education.

To apply for admission, applicants must submit the following:

  1. A completed admission application. There is no application fee.

  2. Official transcripts from all previously attended high schools, colleges, universities, technical schools, seminaries, or other postsecondary institutions.

  3. Proof of high school completion, including a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.

  4. A current photograph.

  5. A current background check.

  6. Any additional documents requested by the Registrar for program placement, transfer-credit evaluation, or Life Experience consideration.

Program Placement

Applicants are placed into the Associate, B.S., M.S.Ed., or Ph.D. program after their prior education, transcripts, transfer credits, Life Experience documentation, and other applicable credentials have been reviewed.

Admission, payment, class attendance, or verbal acceptance alone does not establish placement in a degree program. The applicant’s approved program must be formally recorded by the Office of the Registrar.

Applicants whose documents are incomplete may be considered for conditional admission. Any missing documents, submission deadlines, and conditions for continued enrollment will be provided in writing.

Acceptance Process

After all required documents have been received and approved:

  1. The applicant will receive an official Welcome Letter.

  2. Tuition and applicable program fees will become due in accordance with the approved payment schedule.

  3. After payment confirmation, the scholar will receive orientation instructions, course registration information, the academic calendar, class schedules, holiday information, and special event information.

Transfer and Life Experience Credit

Official transcripts and supporting documents will be reviewed to determine whether transfer credit may be accepted.

Life Experience credit is not automatic. It must be formally documented, evaluated, and approved by the Registrar or Academic Dean. When approved, Life Experience is recorded separately from classroom coursework.

Equal Admission Opportunity

DCCJ Kingdom Theological Seminary does not discriminate based on gender, race, color, age, national origin, or ethnic origin in administering its admission policies, educational policies, or seminary programs.
