The Lady of Wisdom Wellness Collection
Due to the personal nature of wellness, body, and aromatherapy products, all sales are final.
For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
- oils
- bath salts
- body products
- aromatherapy products
- wellness blends
- opened or used items
Exceptions are only made for products that arrive damaged during shipping.
To report shipping damage, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- order number
- photographs of damaged packaging
- photographs of damaged products
Approved claims may qualify for replacement at the discretion of management.
The Lady of Wisdom Publishing Company reserves the right to deny claims submitted outside the reporting timeframe.
