Physical Books & Products
All sales are considered final.
However, if your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrectly shipped
- missing from your order
please contact us within 7 business days of delivery for review and replacement consideration.

Signed or Personalized Copies
Signed, autographed, or personalized books are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Due to the immediate nature of digital access, all digital products, downloadable devotionals, eBooks, PDFs, courses, templates, and audio materials are non-refundable.
Event Registrations & Workshops
Registrations for workshops, conferences, coaching sessions, seminars, and special events are generally non-refundable. In certain cases, transfers or credits toward future events may be granted at the discretion of management.
