Because many of our products are independently published, signed, personalized, or digitally distributed, we maintain the following return policy:

Physical Books & Products

All sales are considered final.

However, if your item arrives:

• damaged
• defective
• incorrectly shipped
• missing from your order

please contact us within 7 business days of delivery for review and replacement consideration.

• order number
• date of purchase
• photos of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, a replacement copy will be issued when inventory is available.

Signed or Personalized Copies

Signed, autographed, or personalized books are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital access, all digital products, downloadable devotionals, eBooks, PDFs, courses, templates, and audio materials are non-refundable.

Event Registrations & Workshops

Registrations for workshops, conferences, coaching sessions, seminars, and special events are generally non-refundable. In certain cases, transfers or credits toward future events may be granted at the discretion of management.

Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses submitted during purchase.
